Job Description
Subject Matter Expert at Amazon work on manual testing for the applications and product at the user level. They will perform audit on the work done by the Device Associates. SMEs also triage the bugs created by the DA team.Key job responsibilitiesPerform test case execution and report bugs accuratelyProvides floor support to DAs on clarifying their queries during executionCan deal with ambiguity in the system, has clear understanding of product/Project and is less dependent on work instructionsComes up with creative ways to reduce ambiguity by identifying training needs, work instruction simplification etc.Involved in creating test data and test execution in a timely, clear and concise mannerTakes part in Adhoc testing like Exploratory testing, Bug Bashes and find customer centric bugsGive feedback on coverage, quality of test instructions, automation needs to the QA team.
