Amazon.com operates in a global eCommerce environment without boundaries, and operates a diverse set of businesses in nine countries, including Retail, third party marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, web services for developers.The RBS Amazon Global Store (AGS) in Beijing is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. AGS provides international products to customers shopping on their in-country Amazon site, offer a localized search and browse experience, use local payment methods, end-to-end delivery solutions, access to local customer service support. The main duties of AGS are to maximize the revenue potential of GS ASINs by fixing drop-off in cross-listing, buyability, discoverability, and conversion defects, improve customer experience by fixing detail page catalog defects, and enhance cross border sales performance by creating deals, promotions and marketing related campaigns.Key job responsibilitiesAs an SME of RBS AGS, you will work as an expert to cooperate with people from various team of Amazon and drive implementation of programs, by which to enhance customers' experience and contribute to business profitability. You will have chance to forecast, plan, implement and control the progress of programs, and ensure successful delivery and achievement of goals.Key Performance Areas:-Project/program management, including plan, implementation and control-Be creative with new initiatives-Dive deep, find root causes and build solutions-Consider scalability in solution building-Stakeholder engagement
