Worldwide Amazon Business Operations is building the operations and supply chain solutions that will enable AB’s rapid growth by re-engineering many parts of our supply chain to offer bulk, consolidated, pallet deliveries and many other services that business customers require.The AB North America Operations team is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to assist in the day-to-day operations and issue resolution within our fulfillment network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon. An ideal candidate has a background in supply chain operations and excellent data driven problem-resolution skills. He/she/they have the ability to pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, standardize our processes and eliminate the root cause of defects within the current systems. Candidates will work collaboratively across teams to perform in-depth analyses and troubleshoot complex issues in a variety of subject areas. This job will require exceptional communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.Role can be located in Nashville TN, Bellevue WA, Arlington VA, Phoenix AZ. This is an hourly role Monday - Friday.Key job responsibilities- Enable effective decision through proactive retrieval and data aggregation from multiple sources- Communicate analysis and insights to internal stakeholders both verbally and in writing- Escalate problems and/or variance in data to the relevant owners and internal business partners and follow through on the resolutions- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive improvements in AB North America Operations- Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes, minimize repetitive tasks, and create actionable outcomes- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and leadership to influence and create innovative solutions- Work independently in a dynamic environment

  • - Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment (experience)
  • - Experience communicating effective with cross-functional stakeholders (experience)
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
