Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the strategic development and sourcing of third-party logistics (3PL) solutions for Amazon's fulfillment network. This role will bridge Amazon's capacity planning needs with 3PL capabilities, designing innovative solutions that enhance our network flexibility while ensuring commercial viability. You'll be instrumental in evaluating, structuring, and implementing partnerships that expand our fulfillment capabilities through strategic 3PL relationships.Key job responsibilities- Lead the strategic planning and development of 3PL solutions, translating Amazon's network expansion needs into commercially viable partnerships while ensuring operational excellence and cost-effectiveness through innovative 3PL solutions.- Lead strategic planning and solution design for 3PL network expansion in partnership with capacity planning teams- Develop and negotiate commercial frameworks and operational agreements with 3PL partners- Drive cost modeling and financial analysis to ensure solution viability and optimization- Translate internal business requirements into executable 3PL solutions- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key 3PL partners while representing their capabilities internallyNote: Position might require up to 10% travel mainly to 3PL sitesA day in the lifeAs a Supply Chain Manager for 3PL Solutions, you'll navigate between strategic planning sessions with internal stakeholders and deep-dive discussions with potential 3PL partners.   • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market.
