Troubleshoot complex service issues using groundbreaking technologies, reproduce customer issues to identify the root cause, and build proof-of-concept environments aligned with cloud-best-practices. Build utilities and tools that facilitate safe, high-speed, wide-scale operations. Identify technical issues and develop improvements to technical processes. Serve as a point of escalation and drive customer communication during critical service events. Mentor junior engineers.40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $118,664/year to $185,000/year.Amazon is a total compensation company.
