The team operates programs to increase the availability, productivity and performance of all Alexa customer experiences. We serve as a center of excellence by providing leadership, best practices, tools, research, audit reports, support and education to all Alexa teams. You will be responsible for driving availability and optimizations across the teams in Alexa.
