Guide the direction of supply chain activities by applying understanding of technical requirements and working closely with the internal development teams to execute. Manage highly cross functional programs that have significant complexity and ambiguity. Prepare and provide detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management. Drive strategic bill of materials (BOM) reviews to ensure multi-sourcing of critical components and timely qualifications. Drive strategic inventory of long-lead, unique materials in a timely manner to ensure successful launch and post-launch scaling. Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement.40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $162,700/year to $220,200/year.
