• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year up to $172,000/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• - Monitor the network health, customer demand, anticipate risks, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
• - Work with stakeholders (networking engineers/tech program managers/senior management) to define requirements and processes.
• - Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and negotiate the trade-offs needed.
• - Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
• - End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
• - Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.

• About the team
• The Network Design and Deployment Team (NIDD) team oversees the design and deployment of cable infrastructure within ADC regions. This includes milestone review, comment issuance, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency. NIDD planning also assesses partner team designs to ensure compliance with AWS and customer requirements, focusing on cabling pathways, sizing, location, type, classification, and installation. The team provides telecom room designs, including sizing and power for various rooms, as well as user-outlet designs. The role involves coordinating meetings with partner teams to clarify ownership for delivering connectivity, working with multiple design/construction teams from pre-permit to hand-off to operations.
