You will regularly deep dive issues to determine the root cause and partner with stakeholders for resolution, including the right stakeholders as needed. This role has regular interaction with various business units across Amazon Music and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will manage end-to-end projects, often managing multiple projects/programs at once, while demonstrating high judgement, clear communication, creative approaches, the ability to think big, and a consistent track record of delivering results.
