• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. • - Lead cross-functional programs spanning engineering, partner ecosystem, and customer-facing teams
• - Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for SAP on AWS initiatives
• - Drive technical decision-making processes and architectural governance
• - Establish program KPIs and success metrics aligned with business objectives
• Technical Delivery & Innovation
• - Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP technical solutions on AWS
• - Drive architectural decisions for complex SAP implementations
• - Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance SAP workload performance
• - Ensure technical excellence and best practices across all deliverables
• Stakeholder Management
• - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across AWS, SAP, and partner organizations
• - Collaborate with strategic accounts to understand requirements and ensure successful outcomes
• - Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership
• - Drive alignment across multiple teams and organizations
