Job Description

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using SAP Build Process Automation (SAP BPA), UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere, depending on system context and integration needs.
- Integrate LLMs and AI services into RPA pipelines for thoughtful document processing, contextual decision-making, summarization, chat-based interfaces, and GenAI-enhanced user workflows.
- Develop prompt frameworks, API connectors, and modular AI building blocks using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Build and orchestrate automated approval flows, document handling, and data integrations within SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, using BPA extensibility.
- Work with AI&D Teams and Business Process Owners to ensure automation aligns with AI&D’s digital product strategy.
- Ensure Agile methodologies are strictly adhered to, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery of value.
- Stay ahead of with the latest AI/ML and GenAI tooling and actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing forums.
- Effective product demonstrations for internal and external collaborators.

- Master's degree / Bachelor's degree and 5 to 9 years of experience with software development technologies
Must-Have Skills
- Three years’ experience with low-code/no-code technology software development like UiPath, Power Automate, SAP BPA
- Knowledge of agentic AI or agent-based automation such as AWS BDA, OpenAI, Langchain, Langgraph
- Three years’ experience using Agile Methodologies to implement solutions
- Strong coding skills in C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for advanced bot development and AI service integration.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and event-driven architectures to connect RPA and AI workflows with backend systems.
- Experience in regulated industries such as biotech or healthcare
- Familiarity with SAP ecosystem tools such as SAP Workflow Management, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and embedding AI capabilities into SAP-integrated processes.
- Jira Align experience
- Familiarity with GxP and systems validation
- Able to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and gap/fit assessment skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
