What you will do
- Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and support business decisions
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Support data validation, testing, and documentation efforts
- Learn and apply best practices in data modeling, visualization, and BI development
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog grooming
What we expect of you
- Bachelor’s degree and 0 to 3 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR
- Diploma and 3 to 5 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience
Must-Have Skills
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QuickSight
- Basic proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data processing and analysis
- Familiarity with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines
- Understanding of data structures and reporting concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Cloud services like AWS (e.g., Redshift, S3, EC2)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with scientific or healthcare data domains
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
