What you will do

  • Joining ACCP Technology Capability team and particular ACCP product team
  • Partnering for innovation and excellence with all business capacities in ACCP
  • Supporting implementation of the global to local operating model by delivering ELMAC regional portfolio aligned with business goals on customer 360 deliveries
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their business needs
  • Designing and implementing technical solutions together with the DevOps team
  • Understanding business needs and designing technical solutions
  • Using agile methodology to design and develop new functionalities and applications
  • Leading new feature development, overall system improvements
  • Supporting analysis and validation of solutions
  • Supporting steady-state operations within the application portfolio
  • Engaging in standups and regular sprint planning and execution to deliver features, improvements, validation, and data integration
  • Creating and maintaining system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor level education in Information Systems / Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in software developer and/or IS engineer role, preferably in pharma/biotech or fintech industries
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Proven analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills
  • Proven excellence in interpersonal skills, multitasking, persuasion, negotiation of critical issues, strong attention to detail, and understanding of business complexity
  • Affinity to work in a DevOps environment and Agile mindset
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  • Ability to meet deadlines and schedules and be accountable
  • Mindset of end-to-end delivery and ownership
  • Willingness to learn new technologies

Must-Have Skills

  • Platforms (at least 2-3): Salesforce Service Cloud, AWS, MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, Tableau, GitHub, Copilot studio, Power platform, Agentic AI frameworks
  • Code Development (minimum): Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting using analytics, visualization, and database technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of Spark SQL, Java, JavaScript, Scala, Python, R, and standard SQL
  • Cloud-based solutions such as the AWS tool stack
