What you will do

  • Architect and implement modern data platforms that power advanced analytics, machine learning, and real-time decision-making.
  • Mentor, lead, and grow a high-performing team of data engineers—driving career development, fostering collaboration, and instilling engineering excellence.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, resilient data solutions.
  • Design and optimize large-scale data pipelines and integration workflows using cloud-native technologies.
  • Champion data governance, security, and compliance, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and trusted data assets.
  • Lead rapid prototyping initiatives to explore new tools, frameworks, and solutions.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and strategic partner to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies to keep our data stack at the forefront of innovation.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with experience designing cost-effective, scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing and pipeline optimization.
  • Strong interest in leading and mentoring data engineering teams and delivering high-impact solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex data issues and drive resolution.
  • Clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
