What you will do
- Accelerating and guiding the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization of biotechnology product and platform teams
- Developing Agile enablers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling effective Agile governance and measurement
- Leading the SAFe Enablement product teams, capturing and prioritizing the Agile needs from biotechnology product teams, leaders and key collaborators, and providing Agile enablers to accelerate and sustain SAFe proficiency across the enterprise
- Acting as a change agent, promoting the benefits of SAFe and driving organizational maturity and excellence in partnership with Communities of Practice
- Supporting and championing the implementation and adoption of SAFe across the organization in alignment with a strategic Roadmap
- Assessing the current state of Agile maturity and identifying areas for improvement
- Ensuring SAFe training and certifications are sustained for teams, leaders, and key collaborators
- Coaching and mentoring Agile teams and leaders on SAFe principles, practices, and processes
- Supporting the planning, formation and implementation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Program Increments (PIs)
- Establishing and scaling Agile metrics, measurement, and reporting
- Helping establish and maintain effective Agile governance and decision-making processes
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization
What we expect of you
- Master’s degree and 16 to 22 years of experience with 3 years of deep technical knowledge and expertise in SAFe with Product Owner experience for technology or technology enablement team experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 18 to 23 years of experience with 3 years of deep technical knowledge and expertise in SAFe with Product Owner experience for technology or technology enablement team experience
- Preferred: Atlassian tools experience
- Preferred: Workshop facilitation experience
- Professional Certifications: SAFe for Teams or equivalent
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent analytical and gap/fit assessment skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to prioritise successfully
- Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals
