• Strong functional and system knowledge in Kinaxis RapidResponse applications: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MEIO, Capacity Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, Master Production Schedule, Sales & Operations planningintermediate
• 5+ years of experience working as a Maestro (RapidResponse) Solution Architect or Solution developerintermediate
• Experience in various RapidResponse planning analytics like Netting, CTP, MLS, production wheel, campaign planning and Supply.AIintermediate
• Facilitating business process design, requirements gathering, conducting fit gap analysis and ability to write and design technical solutions leveraging Maestro (RapidResponse) capabilitiesintermediate
• Ability to provide Functional specifications and process flows, adopting Kinaxis RapidResponse platform to Development team, ensure requirements are tested and own the UAT, End user training, and Post deployment enhancementsintermediate
• Understanding of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deploymentintermediate
• Develop and maintain System Architecture models (e.g. System Interaction diagrams) and reference implementations within systems of record (e.g. Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture tools)intermediate
• Knowledge of sprint-based planning and estimations required for implementationintermediate
• Health Cloud and Lifesciences Cloud hands on experienceintermediate
• Working knowledge of integrations suite using API’s or 3rd party integration software like Talend, MuleSoft, Data Lake and Data Fabrics etcintermediate

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT or related field (experience)
• OR Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Supply Chain Business, Engineering, IT or related field (experience)

Responsibilities

• Conducting requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Scoping and evaluating business requirements as fit and gaps
• Converting fits and gaps into tangible user requirements
• Working with stakeholders on gating approvals
• Defining acceptance criteria
• Identifying the right technology tools
• Assisting in developing a robust solution working in product team
• Managing solution delivery through process design, data analytics, solution configuration, and deployment
• Establishing performance metrics and new policies
• Testing and knowledge management
• Designing, configuring and implementing technical solutions based on business requirements
• Ensuring success of end-to-end solution delivery process
• Identifying user requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans, development, integration and user testing
• Collaborating with cross-functional team to achieve established goals
• Requirement gathering for Supply Chain Planning including planning business processes, identifying potential areas of improvement and new development, automation of processes, reducing cycle times and productivity improvement
• Working with clients to develop a roadmap to solve multiple supply-chain problems leveraging Maestro (RapidResponse)
• Facilitating business process design and development that leverages Maestro (RapidResponse) capabilities
• Providing architecture guidance on individual system designs
• Architecting designs and solutions to support supply chain planning functionalities on Kinaxis RapidResponse platform
• Developing and maintaining System Architecture models (e.g. System Interaction diagrams) and reference implementations within systems of record
• Scoping of business requirements and translating into clear fit gap analysis
• Writing actionable user requirements and defining user acceptance strategies for configurations, design and implementation in RapidResponse system
• Working with business stakeholders for Gating approvals, conducting roadshows, evaluation of requirements as fit & gap analysis
• Creating sprint plans and timelines for integration, user acceptance, technical and business go live
• Configuring the supply chain planning systems to support business requirements and design resources including worksheets/workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, application of different control sets, etc. as per approved agile user stories and blueprint designs
• Updating solution documentation, workflows, and system configurations to ensure comprehensive understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer
• Supporting data integration with multiple sources and target systems like SAP S/4 HANA using Data lakes and API architecture
• Collaborating with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations
• Being a part of an Agile project team utilizing Agile / Scrum methodologies, working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, closely partnering with business stakeholders
• Partnering with Scrum Master, Product Owner and the team in defining Technical User Stories
• Partnering with Product Owner to identify and prioritize enabler work
