What you will do

  • Lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of messaging and collaboration platforms across the organization.
  • Ensure the stability, reliability, and scalability of messaging infrastructure and associated services.
  • Administer and optimize enterprise messaging platforms with a focus on Exchange Online and related email infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable communication services.
  • Be conversant with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive to support integrated communication and productivity solutions across the organization.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or automation.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and documentation to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for messaging and collaboration-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging and collaboration solutions align with business goals and security standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the messaging and collaboration space.

What we expect of you

  • Master's degree / Bachelor's degree and 8 to 13 years of Information Systems experience supporting messaging systems
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)
  • Microsoft, or other relevant certifications are a plus

Must-Have Skills

  • Ability to work with vendor personnel to resolve problems and issues on behalf of the company.
  • Experience with the configuration and administration of Microsoft Teams, MDM, Microsoft Exchange on-prem & Exchange Online in a hybrid and clustered configuration.
  • Skilled in messaging automation and scripting using PowerShell and other tools/languages.
  • Solid understanding of DMARC, DKIM, SPF.
  • Knowledge of basic networking methodologies and techniques.
  • Skilled in SMTP mail routing, DNS, Linux, and Active Directory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
  • Willingly share relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise across internal teams.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows operating systems in clustered server environments & Amazon SES.
  • Working knowledge of SSO providers such as Okta.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate and UiPath.
  • Scripting proficiency using PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience migrating large enterprise from on-premises to cloud is highly preferred.
  • Project Management experience within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Experience working with Organizational Change Management teams and following Change procedures/processes.
