What you will do

• Reviewing and analyzing business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet the collaboration and productivity needs of the organization by using OOTB features
• Establishing systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost-effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel
• The coordination of testing and implementation of the system software, including conversion of data to the new system, and working with application support personnel to resolve system problems
• Participate in writing and maintaining SOPs
• Creating awareness of the vendor product release plans and how they affect integrations
• Facilitating customer-focused interaction to ensure objectives are realized and expectations are properly managed
• Coordinates activities and programs with other departments to improve service performance

What we expect of you

• Doctorate degree / Master's degree / Bachelor's degree and 8 to 13 years in Information Systems experience
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)
• Microsoft or equivalent technical certifications

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in C# software development with a focus on building and maintaining enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating APIs, especially RESTful services
• Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, OAuth, and other integration protocols
• AWS Lambda development and deployment experience for event-driven automation
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python (PowerShell a plus)
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving in complex environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and propose effective solutions to meet business and client needs
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10/11), including desktop/system engineering and administration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control for managing code deployment
• Understanding of security best practices for automation, integration, and identity management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API for enterprise automation and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their enterprise integrations
• Experience with ServiceNow (building integrations, workflows)
• Working knowledge of SSO providers such as Okta
• Understanding of Windows desktop engineering, including group policies, packaging, patching, and configuration management
• Experience working in Agile methodologies with tools such as JIRA
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation
