What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end architectures using ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, and Axios
- Define and enforce UI/UX standards and reusable component libraries across MDM applications
- Architect and develop robust backend services using Python, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI
- Guide database design and optimization using MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Implement and maintain data pipelines using PySpark for transformation and enrichment
- Deploy and manage applications using NGINX and Gunicorn, ensuring high availability and performance
- Drive test automation using Jest and other frameworks to ensure code reliability and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with product owners, data stewards, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead architectural reviews and contribute to enterprise-level design decisions
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
- Accelerate development cycles through CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Ensure secure and compliant development practices aligned with enterprise standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical reviews
What we expect of you
- Doctorate degree / Master's degree / Bachelor's degree and 8 to 13 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, Axios, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong backend development experience with Python, Django REST Framework, and FastAPI
- Expertise in MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data modeling and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with PySpark for distributed data processing
- Experience deploying applications using NGINX and Gunicorn
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and version control systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization
- Demonstrable experience in architecting scalable full-stack solutions
