What you will do
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of GEN AI web applications across various Process Development functions (Drug Substance, Drug Product, Attribute Sciences & Combination Products) in Operations
- Work on both front-end and back-end technologies
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Fast API)
- Build and maintain back-end services using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain system uptime and optimal performance
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends like Prompt Engineering, AI tools and Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks

- Experienced with API integration, serverless, microservices architecture

- Experience with DevOps CICD build and deployment pipeline
