Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support Amgen's Record to Report (RTR) capabilities as part of the RTR product team. As a Sr. Associate IS Analyst within our global Technology team, you will work with enterprise applications including SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), JD Edwards, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role plays a key part in supporting, optimizing, and transforming financial systems that enable global finance operations. You will also lead and support ERP change management processes, ensuring the effective planning, testing, and implementation of updates across multiple platforms.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and SMEs to manage business analysis across SAP, JD Edwards, and Dynamics 365
• Analyze business processes and define system requirements that align with product goals and customer needs
• Define scope and value for new developments and enhancements across ERP platforms
• Manage and refine the product backlog; prioritize work across systems
• Support and maintain documentation of system configurations, process flows, and change logs across all platforms
• Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and user story development
• Serve as change owner for global ERP systems, leading change requests from initiation to post-deployment validation
• Provide Level 2/3 support for end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution across all supported platforms

What we expect of you

• Master's degree / Bachelor's degree and 5 to 9 years of information systems experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of financial processes (Record to Report)
• Experience with writing user stories and managing requirements using tools like JIRA
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
• DevOps and CI/CD experience
• Exposure to Jira Align or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
• SAP-related certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Financial Accounting or similar, preferred)
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• High initiative and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable presenting to various stakeholders
