ABOUT AMGEN
What you will do
- Provide L2/L3 support—investigating incidents, coordinating fixes, and ensuring effective root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with software vendors, technology teams and business stakeholders to track, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with System Architects and Product Managers to manage business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with engineering and product goals.
- Work with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments.
- Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the development team.
- Clearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and stakeholders understand how they fit into the product backlog.
- Ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined.
- Work closely with UX to align technical requirements, scenarios, and business process maps with User Experience designs.
- Stay focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements, providing proactive feedback to stakeholders.
- Develop and execute effective product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and maintain accurate GXP documentation of configurations, processes, and changes.
What we expect of you
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 - 8 years of experience in Engineering, IT or related field.
- Proven track record of implementing technology-driven solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud platform.
- Strong background in the end-to-end software development lifecycle and a Scaled Agile practitioner.
- Experience in a development role within a pharmaceutical or technology organization (good-to-have).
- Experience using and adoption of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) (good-to-have).
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred).
Must-Have Skills
- Technical/Functional experience solutioning and supporting GxP applications across Engineering, Clinical, Commercial and Quality functions.
- Experience in managing technology solutions involving one or more of the following - ENOVIA, DELMIA, CATIA Report Generator, NETVIBES.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and customizing solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Experience and understanding of software configurations and propagation of configurations across tenants.
- Must be flexible and able to manage multiple activities and priorities with minimal direction in a rapidly changing and demanding environment.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and build new partnerships.
- Experience in applying technology best practice methodologies: Scaled Agile (SAFe).
