What you will do
- Implement testing and qualification processes for ERP solutions and platform
- Develop and complete manual and automated testing in an agile environment
- Ensure quality and compliance of work packets by ERP delivery teams in a Life Sciences environment
- Test planning and execution of automated testing and qualification results of SAP ERP systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform test preparation, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, report, and track software defects, working with developers to resolve them
- Collaborate with ERP projects, product teams, Quality Assurance, and business collaborators to define testing requirements
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including IQ, OQ, test scripts, defects, and traceability matrices
- Stay current with GxP regulations for compliance and audit readiness
- Work with cross-functional teams to craft, develop, and complete test strategies
- Prepare and complete testing using automated testing tools
What we expect of you
- Any degree and 5 to 9 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of SAP testing experience in a regulated environment
- SAP certification (preferred)
Must-Have Skills
- Specialization in SAP STP module and other related modules in SAP
- Testing documentation proficiency: Expertise in creating and handling testing documentation, including IQ, OQ, test scripts and defect reporting
- Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GxP regulations
- Experience with Agile / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Experience with testing tools, automated testing tools and validation tools such as CDOCs, ALM, UiPath, Veeva VM and JIRA
- Strong capability to analyze complex issues and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of precision in handling testing and documentation
- Ability to focus on team collaboration and achieving project goals
