What you will do

• Ensure high availability, performance, and smooth functioning of critical platforms
• Monitor system health, identify issues proactively, and coordinate timely resolution of incidents
• Manage system configurations, integrations, and operational workflows to meet business requirements
• Support release and change management processes using DevOps toolsets (e.g., Jira, Git, Jenkins, Copado)
• Partner with business teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures
• Maintain operational documentation, including process runbooks, system configurations, and support guidelines
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and compliance-related activities
• Ensure data integrity, security, and seamless flow between integrated systems
• Contribute to automation initiatives that improve monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize CRM and Marketing operations globally

What we expect of you

• Master’s degree with 3–4 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong experience managing and supporting platforms, ideally Veeva CRM and Salesforce
• Hands-on knowledge of system configuration, release management, and incident resolution
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Copado

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with test automation and monitoring tools
• Certifications in Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Copado, and/or SAFe
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
• High degree of initiative and self-motivation
