What you will do

  • Design, develop, and implement applications and modules
  • Take ownership of Development/configuration of user stories
  • Possess strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code
  • Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using Veeva CRM/Salesforce
  • Create and maintain documentation on software design and configuration
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively
  • Analyze and understand the functional and technical requirements of applications, solutions and systems and translate them into software design and configuration
  • Develop and implement unit tests, integration tests, and other testing strategies to ensure the quality of the software
  • Identify and resolve software bugs issues
  • Work on integrating with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently
  • Use Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment as part of the DevOps practices and maintain CI/CD Pipelines
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, implementing code reviews, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage

What we expect of you

  • Master’s degree with 3 - 4 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Software Engineer, leading the design and development of software solutions
  • Proficiency of Veeva CRM development
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development
  • Proficiency of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Experience with test automation (preferred)
  • Certifications related to Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Copado, Safe are advantageous (preferred)

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficient in programming languages Visual Force, Apex, SQL, Java
  • Strong expertise in software design principles, and system integration
  • Experience with Devops Tool set (Jira, Git, Jenkins, Copado)
  • Proficiency with version control systems like Git & Release management tools like Copado
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
  • High degree of initiative and self-motivation
