What you will do
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, and Axios
- Write clean, modular, and testable code using JavaScript/TypeScript
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and Django REST Framework, FastAPI
- Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data modeling and querying
- Implement unit and integration tests using Jest to ensure code quality
- Use PySpark for data transformation and processing tasks
- Deploy and manage applications using NGINX and Gunicorn
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to support MDM workflows and integrations
- Participate in agile development practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
What we expect of you
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 8 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, Axios, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong backend development skills using Python and Django REST Framework, FastAPI
- Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, OOPS knowledge
- Hands-on experience with PySpark for data processing
- Familiarity with NGINX and Gunicorn for application deployment
- Experience writing unit tests using Jest
- Understanding of RESTful API design and integration
- Exposure to agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Familiarity with MDM concepts and data governance
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain
- Any relevant certification in Full Stack Development, Python, Databases, or Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical abilities to assess and improve master data processes and solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical collaborators
- Effective problem-solving skills to address data-related issues and implement scalable solutions
- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
