What you will do

• Designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications with guidance from senior software engineers
• Working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality, scalable software solutions
• Automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime
• Taking ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment
• Contributing to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology
• Developing innovative solutions using generative AI technologies
• Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Creating and maintaining documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, disaster recovery, and operations
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges effectively
• Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements
• Working closely with product team, business team, and other stakeholders
• Designing, developing, and implementing applications and modules, including custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements
• Analyzing and understanding the functional and technical requirements of applications, solutions and systems and translating them into software architecture and design specifications
• Developing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and other testing strategies to ensure the quality of the software
• Identifying and resolving software bugs and performance issues
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality software on time
• Maintaining detailed documentation of software designs, code, and development processes
• Customizing modules to meet specific business requirements
• Working on integrating with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for applications, ensuring that they operate smoothly and efficiently

What we expect of you

• Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of Computer Science, IT or related STEM experience
• OR Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of Computer Science, IT or related STEM experience
• OR Diploma and 7 to 9 years of Computer Science, IT or related STEM experience

Must-Have Skills

• Experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React framework, HTML5, CSS, and NPM
• Hands on experience with Full Stack software development, including REST APIs and data pipelines
• Proficient in programming language Python (preferred) and SQL/NoSQL
• Experience in microservices architecture and containerization technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Experience with DevOps/MLOps CICD build and deployment pipeline
• Experience with design patterns, data structures, & test-driven development
• Experience with monitoring tools, such as Grafana and Prometheus, as well as enterprise architectures
• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements, and estimating efforts
• Awareness of industry trends
