  • Assisting sales representatives in assembling government bids, verifying full compliance with requirements.
  • Maintaining ASG requirements and government bid documentation.
  • Contacting manufacturers for contract updates and specific information as needed.
  • Conducting audits to uphold contract integrity.
  • Managing multiple deadlines and large data volumes with precision.
  • Processing credit & rebill transactions efficiently.
  • Supporting chargebacks department with payment denials.
  • Handling customer HIN submissions.
  • Contributing to the new customer onboarding process.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates need:

  • An Associate degree (Bachelor’s in Business Administration preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in contracts, purchases, chargebacks, data entry, finance, or healthcare (preferred).
  • Government purchase processes, bids, RFIs, and RFPs experience (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including managing spreadsheets, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral required).
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

This level applies working knowledge to varied tasks, identifies solutions within defined parameters, and receives general guidance on new projects. Work is reviewed for reasoning and accuracy.
