Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Global IT Service Desk or End-User support role. Strong English communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are crucial. Experience with remote control technologies and ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy in a multi-vendor environment is highly preferred, as are applicable technical certifications. Bonus points for familiarity with the Genesis Cloud phone system.
