The Analyst I, Falcon Complete - 3rd Shift (Remote) role is your gateway to making a real impact in global security. Join our virtual security operations center, where highly motivated, self-driven technical analysts detect and respond to incidents in real-time for customers facing the world's most advanced attackers. This 3rd shift position (11pm-10am, 4x10 schedule including a weekend day) is perfect for those with hands-on technical skills eager to accelerate their expertise in endpoint protection. Leverage the Falcon platform to handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux, while growing in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you'll dive deep into cybersecurity operations:

• Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms to detect, contain, and remediate threats swiftly.
• Perform basic malware analysis, including static and dynamic techniques, to uncover malicious behaviors.
• Develop and improve processes for incident detection and execute countermeasures effectively.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings for customer management.
• Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and public speaking events.

Qualifications & Requirements

We're seeking candidates with experience in incident response or information security, ready to thrive unsupervised. Key qualifications include:

• Experience in incident handling, computer forensic analysis, systems administration, network forensic analysis, malware analysis, incident remediation, network operations, or programming/scripting (e.g., Python, C#, Perl).
• BA/BS or MA/MS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field (relevant experience considered without degree).
• Strong project management, technical autonomy, and soft skills to foster positive environments.
• Must be US citizen or Green Card holder; willing to work 3rd shift (11pm-10am, 4x10 including weekend).
• Ability to pass periodic alcohol/drug tests, background, and fingerprint checks per government requirements.
