Role Overview

As Analyst II, Origin Operations, you'll join the Origin Operations Control Tower team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, ensuring reliable cargo management across Nike's supply chain. Reporting to the Manager, Origin Operations, you'll collaborate with logistics service providers (LSPs), factories, and internal teams to execute day-to-day operations flawlessly. This full-time role in Nike's Supply Chain Flow - Transportation division focuses on monitoring milestones, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement for assigned origins, delivering shipments to all Geographies (GEOs) per SOPs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily origin operations milestones related to cargo management and container trucking with factories and Nike-appointed LSPs.
• Identify delays, missing information, and process gaps, promptly raising exceptions to relevant teams for swift resolution.
• Support recovery actions by coordinating with factories, origin consolidators, and internal Nike teams.
• Maintain timely and accurate updates in Nike's iTMS, visibility platforms, and control tower dashboards.
• Support preparation of daily and weekly operational reports to inform decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of hands-on experience in origin cargo management and container trucking.
• In-depth knowledge of origin operations, including Purchase Order (PO) management, factory booking, shipment planning, and documentation.

• Excellent communication and data analytical skills for process control, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
