Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure procurement performance and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in finance, operations, and quality to align procurement activities with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and procurement software.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with strong negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
