Role Overview

The Analyst, Process Analytics role is pivotal in applying business process knowledge and data analytics to deliver actionable insights. Based in Bonifacio Global City-Taguig, Philippines, you'll support process improvement in a BPO/shared services environment, focusing on healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Improvement

Support end-to-end process analysis initiatives across various processes. Conduct thorough process assessments and documentation to pinpoint improvement opportunities. Develop clear, detailed process maps and business requirements, identifying issues, risks, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Perform data analysis on performance metrics, monitor trends, and report risks/issues. Aid operations with root cause analysis for informed, data-driven decisions. Interpret data trends with high attention to detail to anticipate business opportunities.

Collaboration and Reporting

Work on projects of limited scope under direct supervision, following established procedures. Complete tasks independently with general guidance on new projects. Utilize strong presentation and communication skills to share insights effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree holder with 1-2 years of work experience in Process Mapping & Analysis within BPO or Shared Services. Proven experience in process analysis, improvement, and data analysis. Strong business process and workflow analytical skills, plus knowledge of developing business/process requirements.

Technical Skills

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified with experience applying its principles. MS Office proficiency: Excel (Intermediate-Advanced), PowerPoint/Word/SharePoint (Basic). High attention to detail for interpreting data trends.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Business Process Management tools like Verint DPA or ProHance. Experience with SQL, PowerBI, or Tableau. Reports Analyst experience in Shared Services/BPO is an advantage. Must be willing to work US Hours/Night Shift.
