Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will focus on high-impact logistics tasks:

• Perform detailed analysis, scheduling, and planning of inbound and outbound shipments to guarantee on-time pickup and delivery while maximizing carrier economics.
• Utilize TMS tools to rate transactions and select optimal carriers based on service parameters.
• Monitor in-transit shipments proactively, resolving potential issues before they escalate.
• Interface directly with customers, shippers, and carriers to address scheduling, dispatching, and service problems.
• Provide quotes for large freight shipments, including LTL, truckload, capital equipment, time-critical, white glove, and international services.
• Assist with solutions for freight issues such as lost shipments, document requests, reconsignments, and rebills.
• Collaborate with team members on process improvements and data management in systems like Salesforce and SAP.

Specialized Shipment Scheduling

Handle complex shipments including inside pickup/delivery, special handling, and heavyweight freight, ensuring compliance with healthcare logistics standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
