  • Assist with solutions for freight issues such as lost shipments, document requests, reconsignments, and rebills.
  • Collaborate with team members on process improvements and data management in systems like Salesforce and SAP.

Specialized Shipment Scheduling

Handle complex shipments including inside pickup/delivery, special handling, and heavyweight freight, ensuring compliance with healthcare logistics standards.
