We are seeking research scientists and engineers with a strong background in AI/ML and robotics to drive breakthrough innovations in intelligent systems. This role emphasizes the intersection of machine learning and robotics. Unlike traditional AI roles, this position requires a hands-on approach, integrating software and hardware solutions to push the boundaries of perception, control, and intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Implement state-of-the-art AI/ML models for perception and control Develop and optimize software solutions for AI/ML-driven applications, including embedded programming and high-performance computing. Work with various sensor modalities (LiDAR, cameras, IMUs, etc.) Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent) for mechanical modeling and design. Operate and maintain 3D printers, CNC machines, laser cutters, and other fabrication equipment. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to create functional and aesthetically refined systems. Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and functional requirements. Document research findings, methodologies, and technical developments for internal knowledge sharing and external publications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. (degree in phd in computer science)
  • Strong proficiency in Python and C++ with experience in complex, multi-language systems. (experience)
  • Expertise in ML algorithms and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. (experience)
  • Experience with perception, control, and sensor fusion. (experience)
  • Hands-on experience with 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and fabrication (3D printing, CNC machining, etc.). (experience)
  • Strong software engineering skills, delivering clean, well-tested, and optimized code. (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PCB design, embedded systems, and sensor integration (experience)
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or autonomous navigation (experience)
  • Experience in manufacturing processes (experience)
  • Background in industrial design principles (experience)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate quickly based on user feedback and technical constraints. (experience)
