We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in applied ML research and development, as well as a passion for building products, to join our team. We are looking for applied ML researchers who can develop end-to-end solutions, from data scaling to model implementation and training, while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to bring research to production. Required Qualifications

- Experience managing rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development in ML/AI (particularly GenAI) (experience)
- Proficiency in modern ML frameworks and tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) (experience)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (degree in ph)
- Strong understanding of ML operations, including model development, evaluation, and deployment (experience)
