Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of transistor level design (experience)
• Knowledge of schematic design and validation methodology using Cadence Virtuoso (experience)
• Solid understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, filters, bandgap references, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, OpAmps, comparators and switched-cap circuits (experience)
• Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal design techniques such as small-signal analysis, feedback loop theory and noise analysis (experience)
• Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concepts such as stability, linearity, mismatch mitigation, low-power and low-noise techniques (experience)
• Experience with Matlab or Python is a plus (experience)
• Fluent in English (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD degree program in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent. (degree in a master)

• Our AMS team works on state-of-the-art analog front-end and data converter IPs.
• As Analog IC Design Intern you will support investigations of advanced circuit architectures or design methodologies and benchmark them against existing solutions. You will gain insight in industry standard IC design tools and methodologies, and experience in analog design in advanced CMOS technologies.
