The Apple Services Engineering UI team is looking for a highly motivated and skillful engineer to work with modern web application technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and related frameworks and libraries. Required Qualifications
- Experience building complex, large scale applications in using modern web technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript or TypeScript (preferred). (experience)
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework like React, Vue.js, Angular.js or equivalent (experience)
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern CSS development using SASS (experience)
- Deep knowledge of Node.js, NPM, Webpack, Babel or other toolchains (experience)
- Deep knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, QUnit, etc. as well as testing best practices (experience)
- General knowledge of networking protocols HTTP/1 & HTTP/2 (GET, POST), cookies and other HTTP headers (experience)
- General knowledge of web development best practices around accessibility, performance and production monitoring (experience)
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills (experience)
- BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with iOS application development (Objective-C/Swift). (experience)
- Exposure to modern AI/ML-based developer workflows for code generation, test automation, or performance optimization. (experience)
- Passion for improving engineering velocity through intelligent tooling and automation. (experience)
