Required Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in post-production across video, social, digital, paid, and international formats, with a strong understanding of how creative and marketing decisions impact workflow and timelines. (experience)
  • Advanced proficiency with workflow tools such as Airtable, Excel (or similar platforms), with the ability to design systems that increase visibility and efficiency. (experience)
  • Proven success leading high-profile campaigns, managing large budgets and tight timelines in fast-paced, high-volume environments. (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage asset lifecycles, from creative development through delivery, while driving clarity and accountability at scale. (experience)

  • Manage vendor and agency relationships from onboarding through invoicing, ensuring seamless day-to-day project management and financial oversight.
