In this role, you will devise and implement process & systems solutions that meet the needs of our business. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will bring business & technical acumen, as well as superb communication and systems/digital fluency. Project manage multi-functional process and SAP system implementations which will include re-engineering processes in the supply chain & SAP Technical System Implementations. Own the analysis and recommendations of new process and technology needs for the full demand and supply chain to develop strategic direction. Influence and gain the consensus of partners on approach, priorities, and solutions. Understand business needs and approach problems with creativity and new ideas. Deliver clear and well thought out presentations for buy in and alignment.

- Ability to lead complex projects from conception through to successful implementation. (experience)
- Interest and experience in Process Simplification and Improvement, systems, tools & new technologies to improve speed and efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain. (experience)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. (experience)
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills (experience)
- Experience managing internal and external partner groups at all levels. (experience)
- Experience in ERP systems and B2B/EDI Integration. (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Operations / Supply Chain knowledge. (experience)
- Project Management, process expertise and SAP. (experience)
- AI/ML experience desireable. (experience)
Responsibilities
