We work closely with our cross-functional partners on products like CarPlay, CarPlay Ultra, and Digital Car Key. We partner with broad multi-functional teams inside Apple to solve hard problems to ensure that our customers have a seamless and familiar experience while in their cars. We are seeking a motivated System Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. We're searching for a creative and motivated System Quality Engineer with strong technical background in automation and hands-on system level validation. As a member of the Car Experience Quality organization, you will work with your peers and cross-functional partners in test planning, developing and deploying test scripts, analyzing test data and field telemetry to extract meaningful insights, tracking program metrics, and reporting comprehensive quality status to key partners. Your keen attention to detail, passion for technology, data-informed approach, system QA expertise, and desire to make a difference, will help drive the success of our products in the market.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying system level automation solutions (experience, 3 years)
- 2+ years of experience conducting software and hardware validation (experience, 2 years)
- Experience in analyzing complex datasets (e.g., test results, logs) to identify patterns, troubleshoot issues, and inform decision-making (experience)
- Ability to communicate and document complex issues clearly and bring attention to emerging problems (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automotive infotainment and connectivity implementations (experience)
- Expertise in testing and debugging issues related to WiFi, Bluetooth, UWB, and/or USB. (experience)
- Prior work experience with robotics (experience)
- Experience in developing test strategies, getting alignment with key partners, and conducting end-to-end validation via manual and automated tests, ideally informed by data insights (experience)
