Job Description

As part of our Global Security group, you’ll help manage the security needs of Apple’s most valuable assets: our people, properties and innovations. Join us and you’ll play a significant role in preserving the highest standard of security for one of the most watched companies in the world. Apple's Global Security team is looking for a Corporate Security Partner to work directly with business units, vendors, and facilities teams to provide security services. Your work will help build solutions to a variety of unique security challenges, ranging from the physical security of sites and events, to the protection of our supply chain. You'll find develop solutions in order to support our physical security capabilities, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our operation, and coordinate critical incidents affecting Apple. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) ensuring an event or site remains secure, assess security risks, develop internal controls for privacy, incident prevention or proprietary information theft and ensure that employees are safe. In addition, the duties include but are not limited to: Work with leaders from the business groups who request security services to ensure each assignment and the scope of work are well planned, executed and confidential Project management, attend meetings, and communicate updates to the team which include trainings and event debriefs Establish relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, EHS, facilities and outside vendors Develop an in-depth understanding of Apple’s businesses and needs Build, implement and maintain site or project specific security procedures and plans Prepare operation orders and direct security vendor support Field security requests for short-term and non-recurring assignments

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast paced customer service setting (experience, 4 years)
- 3+ years of event security, corporate site security, or program management preferred, global experience is a plus (experience, 3 years)
- Experience crafting Keynotes and presenting to senior management (experience)
- Ability to travel 15 - 30% of the time, with on-call responsibilities (experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (experience)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (experience)
- Ability to react to changes in a time critical environment to meet security needs and quickly evaluate situations (experience)
- Experience managing, coordinating and maintaining multiple projects (experience)
- Ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks within dynamic conditions (experience)
- Demonstrate excellent communication with a strong attention to detail and courage to take initiative and drive projects to completion (experience)
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally (experience)
- Strong organizational skills (experience)
