Marketing Communications (Marcom) is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple’s consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications across all medias and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. The Digital Commerce team is crucial to our core business strategy, driving E-Commerce standards and digital innovation across multiple online platforms. As a Digital Commerce Producer, you will champion creative initiatives for key brand moments, leveraging unique local insights, balancing branding and commerce objectives, and delivering holistic themes that highlight outstanding product stories and compelling customer offers across major online commerce platforms in China. As a Digital Commerce Producer, you will drive digital, integrated campaigns across key online commerce platforms in China, collaborating closely with in-house Creative, Brand, and WW INT teams, as well as stakeholders from Retail ASO, PM, DCM, Channel, PCM, and an external digital agency. You will ensure campaigns align with Apple's brand standards and strategic goals, proactively communicating project status and risks to the Digital Commerce Lead. You will drive creative review sessions with WW and GC stakeholders, facilitating constructive feedback and ensuring alignment on creative direction. Managing all aspects of digital production across web/mobile applications and social platforms, from concept to deployment, you will ensure adherence to timelines and budget. Your ultimate goal is to deliver comprehensive product assets to stakeholders, guaranteeing quality implementation and maximizing the impact of the online commerce experience. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and can execute strategic plans. Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Chinese and English. (experience)
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in a leading digital creative agency, in-house marketing communications, or E-Commerce, Digital Marketing department. (experience, 8 years)
  • Hands-on experience in delivering complex experience-led projects in digital/social commerce space (experience)
  • Strong knowledge in China E-Commerce ecosystem and the latest trends. (experience)

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments. (experience)

Responsibilities
