The Display Technology team’s main goals are to constantly push the envelope to design and ship innovative products with best-in-class technologies and user experiences. You will be responsible for designing and developing objective solutions for calibrating, characterizing, and testing display modules and components for Apple products. You will work on test systems design, development, validation, and production deployment during the engineering stage, with support from SW/HW cross-functional teams. - Work with cross-functional teams to define calibration & measurement requirements and propose optimal solutions - Develop, characterize and validate such industry-leading display metrology methodologies and solutions - Develop test sequences that control optical instruments, electronics driving boards, fixture controllers, and display modules - Conduct failure analysis of measurement systems and define corrective actions

Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Optics, Physics, Applied Science, or Engineering with 3 years of relevant industry experience. (experience, 3 years)
- Experience working in metrology of display products (OLED, LCD, LED), having a strong passion and curiosity about this area (experience)
- Experience in one or more of following areas: Display design, characterization, calibration or test, Or Optical instruments, such as CCD/CMOS camera, spectrophotometers, colorimeters, Or Color science, image processing and machine vision (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree ( Master's or Ph.D.) in related field (degree in ph)
- Experience developing and qualifying metrology systems and instruments (experience)
- Experience with software control of HW instrumentation (experience)
- Strong problem solving skills; positive outlook and eagerness to step into uncharted technology spaces while being able to engineer solutions to meet project timelines (experience)
- Ability to own areas of responsibility, being able to self-motivate and work independently (experience)
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for designing and developing objective solutions for calibrating, characterizing, and testing display modules and components for Apple products.
