As Education Government Engagement Specialist for emerging markets, you will be a key part of our Education Sales team and will drive Apple’s core education messaging with customers focused on influencing education government leaders to implement Apple solutions. You will be a trusted advisor to education government leaders who are looking to Apple for guidance on driving change and transformation across their education systems, particularly in markets that are new to Apple. This is a highly strategic role that requires working across complex environments, inspiring others, and making effective business decisions. Communicating with clarity is essential, as is the ability to form strong relationships with education customers and cross-functionally at Apple. Knowledge of educational structures and policies must be significant in both breadth and depth. An understanding of change management and a track record as an influencer on decision makers are essential to success. In this role, you will: - Drive market share and revenue via Education Government leaders to ignite learning outcomes and priorities, across markets in EMEIA. - Serve as a trusted advisor to education leaders helping them transform teaching and learning with Apple products and services at scale. - Design and implement education government sales strategies from end to end. - Work closely with customers and field team to influence and land large-scale digital education programs and projects at national and international level.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in role related to education technology sales, policy and system change, education technology research, senior education leadership in education technology or governmental affairs related to education technology. (experience)
- Good knowledge of the K-12 or higher education market, preferably across multiple countries with a preference for emerging market expertise. (experience)
- Bachelor's degree required. (degree)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in a large tech company. (experience)
- Master's degree or Doctorate preferred. (degree in doctorate preferred)
- Proactive; takes initiative and challenges the status quo. (experience)
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. (experience)
- Experience working in a matrixed global organisation across timezones. (experience)
- Strong team player with dynamic confidence in an education environment. (experience)
- Proven track record in engaging with government leaders in multiple markets. (experience)
