The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) is an exciting & dynamic organization with customers in 155 countries, producing innovative products in a fast-growing marketplace for music, movies, TV shows, books - and, of course, apps. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, working with partners, and more. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle (experience, 5 years)
- Strong technical proficiency – Machine Learning experience (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience to execute cross-functional and cross-organization project management - ability to work across diverse teams, navigate organizational landscape, build relationships and drive project delivery (experience)
- Ability to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions & translate into succinct messaging for multi-functional and executive status reporting (experience)
- Built global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners (experience)
- Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines (experience)
- Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings) (experience)
- Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization (experience)
- Be able to work with ambiguity, organize & create order (experience)

- - Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
- - Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization
- - Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals
