Come join our skilled team of program and project managers, data scientists, engineers and domain knowledge experts to build solutions that are in the conversational commerce space and optimize for efficiency across Apple Store Online In this role, you will help create and drive strategic roadmaps in partnership with engineering and coordinate quick tactical responses. Our aim is to address engineering challenges in a fast paced, innovative, high tech environment without sacrificing program velocity and business deliverables. Given the complex nature of AI, we are constantly challenged to innovate, drawing from multiple perspectives as we design and build new solutions. You will acquire a deep understanding of software engineering, application development, software pipelines, and how they impact our products and systems, so that you can support and influence that innovation. - Support our technical operations team —managing business critical metrics by partnering closely with machine learning and software engineers - Get into the details on analytical and software engineering projects - Help Engineers prioritize work in alignment with urgent operational responses as well as long-term roadmap vision to balance impact, cost, resourcing, timeline and risk - Build partnerships with engineering leaders and other operational / program leaders across multiple teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or similar (degree in software engineering or similar)
  • Experience organizing and leading technical projects (clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmap and driving progress) (experience)
  • Strong facilitation and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and lead project teams to meet all project deadlines with minimal supervision. (experience)
  • Ability to learn and provide in-depth evaluations of complex engineering and analytic issues (experience)
  • Skilled at using data to present, advocate for and prioritize among solutions (experience)
  • Experience motivating and empowering others to do their best work (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree Preferred (degree)
  • Minimum 10-12 years of Work experience in a similar role preferred (experience, 12 years)
  • Previous experience with engineering, data analysis, machine learning would be beneficial, but is not required (experience)
  • Ability to think broadly about business, customer and system impact (experience)
  • Partnership mindset focused on shared achievement of goals in partnership with Engineers (experience)
  • The ideal candidate is inquisitive and has a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills (experience)
