Job Description
Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program/Project Manager to join the Identity Management Services team. This position requires a strong technical background, business acumen, and exceptional program/project management skills to lead cross-functional and cross-geographic program/project initiatives.. You should have a passion for delivering end-to-end Identity Product and platform experiences for Apple’s Consumer and Corporate customers. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and direction setting for Apple’s Identity Management Services Products and Platform. We are looking for someone who can adapt and respond to changes proactively and efficiently. It is a great opportunity to work on critical strategic initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Independently lead projects of varying scale and complexity with cross-functional development teams. You will review business requirements, ensure clarity, and establish expectations for services requested while developing and executing processes, frameworks, metrics, project plans, defining scope, schedule, deliverables, and resources. You will prioritize team activities and drive resolution of issues across all areas of the program while communicating status and issues to teams, leadership, and other partners. You will advise and carry out risk assessment and mitigation plans as needed. Execution is critical; consequently, you will drive mission-critical programs with cross-functional organizations and teams. You will prioritize issues and manage the details as well as the big picture. Being able to think on your feet is meaningful, as is the ability to efficiently debate the validity of a given approach to any aspect of a project. You will represent the engineering teams with other internal and external organizations within Apple.

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven track record in the program/project or product management role or similar management consulting / Investment Banking experience. (experience, 4 years)
- Ability to conceptualize and drive sophisticated projects with cross-functional teams competing priorities and tight timelines. (experience)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels and develop partnerships. (experience)
- Experience and knowledge of Agile Development (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or deep related field of work experience. MBA or equivalent business education is a plus. (experience)
- Technical background is preferred. (experience)
- Experience with Identity Management solutions is helpful but not mandatory. (experience)
- Experience managing projects involving high-scale distributed systems particularly those that handle billions of transactions. (experience)
