Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience contributing and leading multi-functional projects or tracks from initiation to delivery as SAP LE/MM Functional Analyst (experience, 3 years)
• Proven track record of designing and deploying end-to-end solutions in the SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) space (experience)
• Experience handling distributed organizations taking care of resources from different time zones (experience)
• BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent (experience)

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions within defined scope and exciting timelines, while leading ambiguity and changing expectations (experience)
• Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and concepts; self-motivated and capable of working independently (experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a detail- and goal-oriented mindset (experience)
• Experienced in functional analysis, with at least one end-to-end S/4 HANA migration implementation for a global, multi-national corporation (experience)
• Certified in S/4 HANA within the Logistics Execution (LE) or Materials Management (MM) workstream (certification)

Responsibilities

• This position requires strong SAP S4 product knowledge/experience as well as excellent leader and interpersonal skills. The individual must have a strong business insight and executive presence, ability to lead teams through multiple SAP projects.
• The ideal candidate will have experience leading/developing teams and implementation methodologies/strategies. The candidate should have experience with all the project phases (including but not limited to: Functional Specification, Technical Design, Development, Testing, Cutover and Hyper Care).
• The candidate should have S4 configuration skills with good experience in SAP MM/LE implementations working with third party logistics partners (3PL)/original equipment manufacturers (OEM).
• Techno-functional experience with iDocs, APIs, RFCs and AI is a huge plus. including the best business practices, as well as solid grasp of the integration points with peripheral systems.
