Partnering with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and team dynamics. Develop sourcing strategies for identifying passive and active candidates that strive for innovation within their respective field. Provide excellent, timely collaboration with out hiring teams and ensure a detailed candidate experience.

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of sourcing experience gained within an agency or corporate setting (experience, 8 years)
- Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods in the pursuit to hire for specialized areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles. (experience)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment. (experience)
- Attention to detail. Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies in the recruiting process. (experience)
- Uses data and metrics to influence overall sourcing strategy (experience)
- Skilled in an applicant tracking database for reporting, organizing, and tracking candidate activity. (experience)
- Demonstrable experience in partnering with fellow recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and different levels of professionals. (experience)
- Stays current in the latest market trends and talent landscape (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Understands importance of building diverse top of funnel pipelines and can talk to examples of doing this effectively (experience)
- BA/BS Degree (degree)
